By accepting a quote and making a booking, through phone, email, or the contact forms on our website, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions of Pro Cleans.

Cleaner: means the individual or brand providing the cleaning service representing the Brand.

Service: refers to the professional cleaning service rendered

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Booking Services

  • When you place an order through our website, you affirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you are at least 18 years old.
  • All bookings are subject to our acceptance, and we will notify you of this acceptance by sending an email on behalf of the chosen housekeeper to confirm the booking (referred to as the “Visit Confirmation”). The contracts between us and you, as well as between you and the housekeeper, will only be established upon our dispatch of the Visit Confirmation.

Services Price and Payment

  • Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Visit Confirmation email.
  • Every effort has been made on this Website to ensure that making a Booking is secure. We cannot be responsible for fraudulent use on our Website of a lost payment card.
  • You must maintain a valid payment card with us. You must inform us immediately if your payment card details are no longer valid.
  • You authorize us to seek pre-authorization of your payment card. You also authorize us to charge your payment card in full on the day of the scheduled Booking or after the scheduled Booking.
  • If any amount due by you is unpaid after the day of the scheduled Booking, we may charge a £10 administration fee and interest each month.

Booking Cancellation by US

  • In the event of a violation of any of the terms outlined, your authorization to use the services and website will be automatically terminated.
  • We retain the right to cancel any booking without prior notice or providing a reason.

Booking Cancellation by YOU

  • You may Reschedule your Booking until 17:00 before the day booked for the service to be rendered
  • Cancellations after 17:00 will attract additional fee
  • If your Housekeeper is unable to gain entry, or render the service, the full booking price will be charged.

Force Majeure and Unforeseen Circumstances

  • We shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performing any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”).
  • Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission, or accident that is beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: strikes, lockouts, or other industrial action; civil commotion; riot; invasion; terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack; war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war; fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, or other natural disaster; the impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport, or other means of public or private transport; the impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks; acts, decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions of any government.
  • Our performance under any Contract shall be considered suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event, and we shall be granted an extension of time to fulfill our obligations for the duration of that period. We will make reasonable efforts to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution that allows us to perform our obligations under the Contract despite the Force Majeure Event.

Client Responsibility

  • It is mandatory for the client to thoroughly inspect the services performed by our company.
  • If the client is dissatisfied with the services provided, it is the client’s responsibility to notify us within the prescribed 24-hour period. Failure to provide timely notification may require the client to present evidence justifying the delayed notification, and the company will determine the validity of the reasons provided.
  • In the event of a complaint regarding unsatisfactory service, the client must allow our company to send back cleaners to rectify any issues. Failure to cooperate and permit our company to complete the necessary work may result in the client forfeiting the right to a refund.
  • During the booking process for various cleaning services, the client is obligated to provide all required information, whether through phone or email. This includes personal and professional profiles, as well as payment details. Once we have received all necessary information, we will send an online confirmation communication to the client one day prior to the scheduled cleaning service. Please note that this exception is not applicable if the client cancels the service before the commencement of the cleaning operation.
  • The client holds the responsibility to remove and safely store any fragile or breakable items before the cleaning service. Additionally, the client must provide access to hot water, electricity, and any other relevant household items necessary to facilitate the delivery of our cleaning services.
